autinityE3 logs consumption data in your industrial setting via appropriate measuring devices. It is compatible with a wide range of sensors from practically all manufacturers. The system helps you to observe statutory requirements in terms of efficiency and environment protection and enables you to provide full information to your customers and other stakeholders interested in your sustainability efforts.
All relevant consumables, such as electricity, water, oil, etc., are logged and visualized. Dependencies between the various consumables can be taken into account in the consumption analysis. And if you specify and save current consumable prices, you also maintain an overview of the financial impact of your consumption and efficiency measures.
autinityE3 visualizes the overall hierarchy of your existing consumers – from the supply infeed to your factory to the individual machines. You gain an overview of where and how much energy is consumed and can compare different consumers. Even undefined consumption is highlighted by indicating a “blind spot” – with the objective of gapless monitoring.
An analysis of consumable flows reveals savings potential and helps to assess whether efficiency measures have achieved the desired effects. The definition of limit values enables the issuing of an alarm in case of disproportionately high consumption and you can estimate your future consumption by way of an AI-based forecast.
The user interface of autinityE3 is opened in a browser. Various analysis tools and views provide for clear and concise presentation of your consumption data and are already easy to use after brief familiarization. Configuration of the consumer structures and measuring devices is kept as simple as possible so that your system can be up and running without delay.

The forecasting of future consumption permits predictive planning and control of your resource needs. You can adapt and optimize your production processes accordingly in order to raise efficiency and save costs.
Any number of consumer structures, including virtual consumers
Flexible consumer structures allow precise mapping of the whole factory and visualize the flows of individual consumables. If you define virtual (calculated) consumers, moreover, your analyses can also include factory units for which consumption is not measured physically, for example individual halls or segments.
Identify unrecorded consumption
It is not always the case that every single consumption point is paired with a measuring device and connected to the system. Defective measuring devices can also lead to actual consumption being higher than was measured. autinityE3 draws your attention to such “blind spots” to enable targeted rectification of the cause.
Alarm and response management
Define warning thresholds to ensure that you are informed in good time of possible load peaks. The alarm notifications can be linked with individual descriptions of the required response measures so that everyone knows what needs to be done. The result of such measures is visualized in a diagram.
Detailed evaluation
Several analysis tools are available for each consumer, for example time curves, Sankey diagrams and bar graphs. Chosen time ranges can be analyzed and compared with each other.
Factory-wide comparisons
With autinityE3, you can also compare machines belonging to different production lines and departments. This serves to identify further savings potential and enables you to adapt your proven efficiency measures.
Key performance indicators
